Puplishing

 One of the great joys about being an independent publisher is that you can make up your own rules for the office. Naturally, a principal rule is: "dogs must be present at all times". So today, we thought we would introduce you to the Crowvus puppies. These three canines have transformed our industry from publishing to puplishing , and the results have all been positive. Meet Orlando Orlando has been with Crowvus since the beginning, making him the founding puplisher. During his long and illustrious career, he has featured in a handful of books, been a poster boy for a Sprocker charity, and sat in on more meetings than we can remember having! Meet Orlando

Meet Jess

Jess joined the Crowvus team in 2022. She's very much an only girl and has perfected the timely swing from princess to tomboy and back again. Whilst she tries to be helpful, she is a very jealous Jess, and fills most of her Crowvus time demanding attention. She is in the process of writing a book, and will finish it when she has ensured there is no more food which needs to be eaten.

Meet Scruff


New to the team, Scruff arrived less than a month ago. Still finding his feet - and his tail, which he loves to chase - he makes sure the Crowvus office is stamped with his seal of approval. Unfortunately, this often means urinating on things. Thank goodness he's so small that he can't reach the tabletops! One day, Scruff will be a champion ratter, but for now, he chases falling leaves instead.

*~* In a world where small indie publishers are struggling to stay in business, we're so grateful that we have these three to keep us on track with puplishing instead. *~*

Book Review: A Paraphrase of "Paradise Lost" For Youngsters

Book Tour - Total Blueprint for World Domination by Jolene Stockman

Front Cover It's great to part of this book's journey! When my parents bought me my sewing machine many years ago, the gift tag read "believe in your ability and this will become your best friend" or something to that ilk. This book reminded me a little of that - it gives you the matter-of-fact motivational speech needed by some many youngsters. 4 Stars! "Total Blueprint for World Domination" is an inspirational book for young people. Young people need to think big, and believe in themselves, and this book certainly helps with that! There are motivational speeches and activities gallore. Some of the activities have been seen before, but others are new to me. Occasionally, books heap activities onto the reader like nobody's business, but this book gets it just right. Not too many, and not too few.
